This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact with Ravens Eye Wellness and Nursing Services, Inc. (“Ravens Eye Wellness,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The content is not medical or psychiatric advice. Your use of this site does not create a provider–patient relationship.

Clinical services are provided by licensed professionals, including Elizabeth Block, MSN, PMHNP‑BC, RN‑C, in compliance with California law. Services are offered to individuals physically located in California at the time of care. Telehealth visits occur through secure, HIPAA‑compliant platforms.

1.3 Eligibility

By using this site, you affirm that you are 18 or older (or have parental/guardian consent) and are legally competent to agree to these Terms.

1.4 Emergency Disclaimer

Our website and telehealth services are not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or dial 911 immediately.

  • As Required by Law: including mandated reporting, public health, and law enforcement requests.

3.4 Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Ravens Eye Wellness at privacy@ravenseyewellness.com or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted telehealth platforms, access controls, and routine security reviews. While we work hard to protect your information, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.


7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravens Eye Wellness and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or related services, or from third‑party links and services.
